Ingredients
- 250g Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
- ½ Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Remove Salmon from the refrigerator, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mince Rosemary and basil, combine and mix into lemon juice.
- Coat a baking sheet with oil.
- Place Salmon on the sheet and rub the lemon mixture onto the fish.
- Remove, flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with Herb Grilled Tomato, Olive Garden breadsticks, French breadsticks, and Caesar salad.
